We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer for an electronics manufacturer. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests via various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Provide clear and concise solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions and resolutions.

the experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support.
• Experience in troubleshooting C/C++ programming.
